Shipping When Purchasing Through Instagram/Facebook Shop
If you've purchased directly through IG or Facebook Shop, shipping will not be included in the charge, and it must be paid through a separate payment. After you've checked out, we'll send you an email to gather delivery information so that we can send a personalized shipping quote. You will be able to pay for shipping via credit card through a digital invoice. 

Oversized Item Delivery
If you are looking to purchase a large piece of furniture through our website, ahead of checking out, please email us first at hello@pastlives.studio to get a personalized shipping quote. Be sure to include your full shipping address, and phone number. We will work to get you a quote through a third party delivery service or white glove delivery service within 48 hours. 

Local Delivery Throughout New York City
Third party delivery companies charge within the range of $150 - $295 depending on the product weight, material, and delivery details (distance, elevator versus walk-up, etc). Please email us to receive a delivery quote and specify if your building is a walk-up or if it is elevator operated. Once pricing has been accepted and confirmed, we will send you a separate invoice for shipping. We will work as the liaison between you and the third party shipping company to coordinate delivery timing. Should the item being trucked experience any damage while in possession of the delivery personnel, Past Lives Studio is not responsible for any damages. The client will be responsible for working with the delivery personnel to be reimbursed. 

Parcel Shipments
Items shipped with UPS and Fedex will be insured with shipping carriers, and it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.
