Handblown white striped glass pyramid lamp attributed to famed Venician glass artist Lino Tagliapietra for Vetri Murano from the 1980’s. Lino Tagliapietra, played a big role in bringing Italian handblown glass lighting and decor to the United States in the 1960's after Dale Chihuly visited his Murano based studio and the two exchanged ideas about glass blowing and sculpting techniques. This lamp has a ribbed white stripe pattern throughout and illuminates a soft and subtle warm glow. It is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. Can be used as a table or floor lamp.  The European plug has been rewired to be compatible with American outlets.
