Sonja Katzin for Asea Table Lamp with Brass Base and Cream Eyelet Linen Conical Shade

1950's, Sweden. Brass base with carved relief decoration on lamp stem and base. Fabric shade with a few instances of light discoloration due to age. ASEA label and stamp affixed to base underside.   

Sonja Katzin (1919 - 2014) was a Swedish sculptor and designer, working often with brass, wood and metal in her lighting, sculpture and metalwork designs.
